Born in the holy city of Najaf into a family of scholars, he began his seminary studies at an early age, completing the preliminary and intermediate levels under leading teachers before attending advanced research circles in jurisprudence and its principles for many years.
He founded the Al-Zahra Religious & Cultural Center as a platform for knowledge and awareness, and today supervises its weekly study circles and lectures while devoting special attention to the concerns of youth and families.
